Ultimate Car Care has given my car great service! I had an oil change done and needed my wipers fixed before inspection. They did it all including some extra work on fixing the water reservoir line and looking into my leaky truck!

My husband and I have been coming to this shop prior to the new management. When the shop was sold, we were worried but that went away as soon as we met the new owners. We continue to utilize this shop for our vehicles' needs. I recently had to get my AC unit fix and Bill, who is always pleasant explained all and showed the breakdown of all repairs needed, and advised the work comes with a warranty. They are definitely fair, and their technicians are knowledgeable. I would recommend any of my friends and family to this shop without hesitation as I know they will be taken care of.

Went in for my Mazda3 got my oil and brakes/pads replaced, amazing service, nice waiting area and they even took my car out on test drives to make sure everything they were doing met the standards. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place, with all confidence I can say this is the best car care shop in the area! They don’t bullshit you and are very clear on what is needed and their estimate.

This is my 3rd visit to this repair place. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and their work is first rate and prices fair and reasonable. I've taken basic truck, luxury SUV and European exotic to them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend Ultimate Car Care for any type of service you need on your car. I honestly did not know where to take my truck to get fix in Little Elm, TX especially dealing with a warranty but I'm glad I took it to Ultimate Car Care. They are very incredible in what they do. Thanks to Bill & Shawn and the mechanics they have at the shop I was impressed how they took care of my truck from start to finish. Thanks again Bill for his patients and knowledge walking me through and keeping me updated dealing with these (warranty companies*). Can't Thank Ultimate Car Care enough of what they done for me. If you having trouble with your car check them out you won't regret it I promise you. Small family owned company but the name say it all.

Thought we had a bad alternator but before leaving the car they tested the battery and alternator. Both were good, no charge. Excellent service. Thanks Bill
